McClellan Ranch
This park was once a working ranch. There is a meadow rimmed with sycamore trees which border Stevens Creek, plus a tank house, barns, and a replica of an old blacksmith shop. The ranch house has a covered porch, and there is a large covered patio in front of the new Environmental Education Center which provides views of some of the open space and buildings. Directions: Take Highway 280 to Cupertino. Exit south on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road (De Anza Blvd.) turn right on McClellan. The park is two miles from De Anza Blvd. and is on your right, across from the golf course.
Attendance: Attendance is free and is open to all SCVWS members.
