ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
In this workshop students will do exercises that will help them to make their own unique marks as a surprise element for their work. You will build upon that mark making process through negative painting, Color mixing and design formats. Students will play with these ideas along with the possibilities that will open as they work transparently and with opaque paint in Watercolor and gouache . This workshop will engage your intuitive creativity. Demos, group discussion and constructive critiques along with painting time are a part of this workshop.

Online Workshop Dates: April 22-24, 2025 (Tues-Thu)
Workshop Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (pdt)
Workshop is limited to 20 participants. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
ONLINE Workshop Fees: (Members can reserve their spot for a $75 deposit)

Cancellation Policy:
SCVWS Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please contact the Workshop Director or the Registrar to cancel your enrollment.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days will receive full refund.
Cancellations between 30 days and the end of the workshop will NOT receive any refund.
Balance payments are due 30 days prior to the start of the workshop. Make payments online.
Failure to pay within 15 days of the beginning of the workshop will result in your enrollment being removed and your spot made available to the membership. Your monies will NOT be refunded.
Workshop participants are NOT authorized to fill their own slot.
SCVWS reserves the right to cancel any workshop that does not meet the minimum of 15 participants requirement. If SCVWS cancels the workshop, all monies paid will be refunded to the participant by check.
